Our CNC hydraulic guillotine handle sheet & plate to a maximum 6 mm thick, with a maximum length of 3,000 mm. The CNC controlled back gauge can provide, sub-millimetre accuracy up to a depth of 1,000 mm:

Our CNC router handles large sheet sizes up to 2400 mm x 1800 mm and incorporates dust and particle extraction, vacuum table, and 14 tool automatic tool changer.
Full CNC control provides high accuracy and repeatability. It is ideal for cutting sheet and composite materials and producing complex profiles in woods, plastics and other suitable materials.

Turret punching allows complete CNC controlled and programmed punching and profiling capability, able to produce perforations, notching, and even half-tone images in a wide variety of materials. We can also produce formed features, not limited to louvers, dimples and other common sheet metal features used in industry.
We have a large range of standard & customised perforated patterns available and can do one-off custom patterns to suit your needs.
Combined with other fabrication processes, our CNC turret punching capability forms the backbone for manufacturing perforated screens and panels, process screens, mesh, and profiled sheet metal parts and components. Our automated material handling allows us to produce cost competitive products, whilst providing lights-out operation for large production runs.
