CNC Router Capabilities:
Our CNC Hydraulic Guillotine is equipped to handle sheet and plate materials up to 6mm thick and 3000mm in length. With a CNC controlled back gauge, we achieve millimetre accuracy up to a depth of 1000mm, ensuring precise and efficient cutting.
Key features include easy blade gap adjustment, ball transfer front tables, a power-driven programmable ball screw back gauge with automatic swing-up, squaring and support arms, shadow line illumination, flip-up finger guards, and hydraulic hold downs for safe and reliable operation.
CNC Guillotine Capabilities:
Our state-of-the-art fibre laser cutting technology delivers superior speed, precision, and efficiency compared to traditional CO2 lasers. This advanced system allows us to operate in 'lights out' mode, enabling fast turnaround times for orders of any size, from small batches to large production runs.

Creating custom sized sheets using the decoiling process to create flat sheets and slitting it to the required length and width. The process allows for correct dimensions to be met ready to use in further sheet metal manufacturing processes.
